These Terms of Use govern access to MyNextGig. By visiting the platform, creating an account or using any feature, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of MyNextGig

MyNextGig helps artists present their work, discover live opportunities and connect with clubs, festivals, venues and organizers across the Balkans. Unless expressly agreed in writing, MyNextGig is a discovery and communication platform and is not a booking agency, employer, promoter or party to agreements between users.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use the service and enter any agreement you make through it. Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Artist and organizer profiles

Profiles must accurately represent the person, act, venue or organization identified. Verification badges indicate that selected information has been reviewed; they are not a guarantee of quality, conduct, payment or availability.

4. User content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MyNextGig a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and promote the platform. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for all uploaded text, images, recordings, logos and links.

5. Gig listings and booking requests

Listings and profile information may change and are not guaranteed to be complete. Artists and organizers are responsible for confirming identity, availability, fees, deposits, payment dates, travel, accommodation, production requirements, set length, licensing, insurance, cancellation terms, taxes and written contracts.

6. Payments and disputes

Unless a specific MyNextGig payment service states otherwise, payments take place directly between users. MyNextGig does not guarantee payment or performance and is not responsible for collecting debts or resolving contractual disputes.

7. Acceptable use

You may not impersonate another person, publish false or unlawful material, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malicious code, scrape or copy the platform at scale, bypass access controls, interfere with security or use MyNextGig for fraud.

8. Moderation

We may review, edit, hide or remove content and may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe these terms, another person’s rights or applicable law have been violated. We are not required to pre-screen every listing or message.

9. Third-party services

MyNextGig may display links or embeds from music, video, ticketing, social or payment services. Those services have separate terms and policies, and MyNextGig is not responsible for their availability or content.

10. Platform availability

We may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, MyNextGig is provided “as is” and “as available.” Users must carry out their own checks before relying on a profile, listing, message or proposed booking.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyNextGig is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of income, cancelled performances, user conduct or disputes between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Termination

You may stop using MyNextGig at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, the platform or legal rights. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
